Shipping Information

We get The Natural Food Emporium goods ready fresh, only keeping a small back order on hand, as such we only ship twice a week:

* Orders placed before 8am AWST on Mondays will be posted on Tuesdays.


* Orders placed before 8am AWST on Wednesdays will be posted on Thursdays.


We ship to Australian addresses only, using Australia Post. You’ll receive an email with your shipping details within 24 hours of your The Natural Food Emporium package being shipped, so you can check where your item is during the delivery process. Please check your junk mail if you've not received one!

LOCAL PICKUP: If you're local to Perth and don't want to pay for shipping you can collect from our Cockburn Central office. Simply select PICKUP COCKBURN from the list of shipping options. You’ll receive a text message within 2 days of your order with your pickup instructions, we’re totes spy movie style like that ;)

FREE SHIPPING for orders $100 and over. Shipping costs for order of $100+ are automatically removed at checkout. Yay! Your order will be shipped via standard Australia Post.

REturns & Refunds

If we have sent you the incorrect product or your product is faulty or damaged in some way on arrival please email us within two days of receiving your order to food@thenaturalfoodemporium.com.au along with a picture and your order number and will will organise the correct product/s to be sent to you at no additional cost.

 We do not offer refunds for incorrectly ordered products, personal taste or change of mind.

Are your products gluten free?

Damn straight they are, we've even had them tested! We prefer to bake gluten free, we're not coeliac ourselves, but have dear friends who are, and we love knowing that they can eat everything we make!

Allergies - What can I eat?

Although we take the utmost care, our products may have been packed in a space that contains allergens, traces of allergens or bi-products of the following: peanuts, nuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, seeds, soybeans and soy products, egg, pollen and bee products, preservatives, gluten and cereals containing gluten, wheat, rye, barley oats, spelt, dairy, fish, crustacea, and other products that may behave as allergens to certain people. Our products have been tested to be gluten free.

You can see the exact ingredients on each product in our shop. Otherwise we've given you the basics below.

Anything But Ordinary. Plain Flour. Contains only naturally gluten free grains.

Seriously Good Granola. Contains Nuts.

Seedy Morning Muesli. Is naturally free from all major allergens.

Choc a Choc. Naturally free from all major allergens, however recipe instructions require dairy products; can substitute with dairy free alternatives.
